Thank you for shopping with Gold Timber Works. Every product is handcrafted and inspected before it leaves our shop. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted to order.

- Standard processing time is up to 3 weeks before shipment.

- Custom engraved products may require the full processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped promptly.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only using trusted carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Estimated transit time after shipment is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Every shipment is insured to help protect your purchase during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include photographs of any damaged packaging and products. After reviewing the claim, we will repair, replace, or refund the order when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to redirect or reship the package.

Signature Confirmation

For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses when available. Please note that military and P.O. Box shipments may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Handmade Products

Every item from Gold Timber Works is individually handcrafted from natural wood. Variations in wood grain, color, and engraving are normal and make each piece unique.

Custom Orders

Because custom engraved and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
