Product Information
Many of our products are handcrafted from natural wood. Variations in grain, color, texture, knots, and engraving are normal and make each piece unique. Product photos are representative examples and may not exactly match the item you receive.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are created according to customer-provided information. Customers are responsible for verifying all names, dates, spellings, and artwork before production begins. Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless the error was made by Gold Timber Works.
Limitation of Liability
Gold Timber Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Whiskey Smoker Products
Whiskey smokers involve the use of an open flame and hot materials. Customers assume all responsibility for safe operation. Never leave a whiskey smoker unattended while in use. Keep away from children, flammable materials, and combustible surfaces. Gold Timber Works is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow safe practices.
